All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including pricing errors or product availability.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, under the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy .

6. Agricultural Products

All our products are handmade from natural olive wood. Variations in color, grain, and size are natural characteristics of the material and do not constitute defects.

The product images on the site are representative. The product received may have slight differences from the photos due to the handcrafted nature and unique characteristics of the wood.

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Zayane™ OliveWood and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
