Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment receipt. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Italy: 1-4 business days
Europe (EU): 2-7 business days
Europe (non-EU): 4-12 business days
Rest of the world: 7-15 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination and package weight. Free shipping for orders over €59 in Italy.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website.

International Shipments

For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your country's customs authorities before placing your order.
